OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL RULES

These Official Promotional Rules govern all sweepstakes, giveaways, promotional drawings, purchase-based promotions, membership promotions, charitable fundraising promotions, and other promotional campaigns conducted by Fanatix Cigar House unless separate Official Rules are provided for a specific Promotion.


By participating in any Fanatix Cigar House Promotion, each participant agrees to these Official Promotional Rules and any Promotion Details published for the applicable Promotion.

• The Chosen Ones member promotions
• VIP and member-exclusive promotions
• Charity fundraising promotions
• In-store promotions
• Social media giveaways
• Retail partner promotions
• Live event promotions
• Holiday promotions
• Grand prize promotions
• Any other promotional campaign conducted by Fanatix Cigar House unless separate Official Rules are published.

Each Promotion will include Promotion Details identifying:

• Promotion Name
• Promotion Period
• Prize(s)
• Entry Method
• Winner Selection
• Winner Announcement
• Any additional Promotion-specific requirements

If Promotion Details conflict with these Official Promotional Rules, the Promotion Details shall govern that Promotion.

3. Purchase Entries


Many Fanatix Cigar House Promotions allow participants to earn entries through qualifying purchases.

The applicable Promotion Details will identify:

• Eligible products
• Number of entries awarded
• Purchase requirements
• Promotion dates
• Entry limitations

Only completed and eligible purchases qualify.

Returned merchandise, canceled orders, refunded purchases, payment disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or otherwise invalid purchases may result in the removal of associated entries.

4. Winner Selection


Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Fanatix Cigar House reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

5. Prize Conditions


Include general information about prizes, such as transferability, substitutions, and any applicable restrictions. Refer participants to the Promotion Details for the specific prize being offered.

6. Winner Verification


Potential winners may be required to verify their eligibility and provide documentation requested by Fanatix Cigar House before receiving a prize.

Failure to complete the verification process may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Fraud Prevention


Fanatix Cigar House reserves the right to investigate any activity believed to undermine the integrity of a Promotion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Returned merchandise
• Canceled orders
• Refunded purchases
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent payment methods
• False information
• Multiple identities or accounts used to evade entry limits
• Automated entry methods
• Attempts to manipulate entries or drawings
• Abuse of any alternate entry process
• Any conduct that violates the Promotion Details or these Official Promotional Rules

Fanatix Cigar House may disqualify participants, void entries, refuse to award prizes, or prohibit future participation when appropriate.

State that participants agree to the applicable release and assumption of responsibility associated with participating in a Promotion and accepting a prize, subject to applicable law.

Where permitted by law, winners may be asked to allow Fanatix Cigar House to use their name, likeness, hometown, photograph, or statements in connection with announcing or promoting a Promotion.

Fanatix Cigar House reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate any Promotion if circumstances affect the fairness or proper administration of the Promotion.

All decisions regarding eligibility, entries, and winners are final.

12. Alternate Method of Entry (When Available)


Some Promotions may offer a free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). If an AMOE is available, the applicable Promotion Details will explain the eligibility requirements, deadlines, mailing instructions, and any additional terms.

For Promotions using a mail-in Alternate Method of Entry, the Promotion Details may require entrants to submit a handwritten 3” × 5” card containing:

• Full Name
• Complete Mailing Address
• Telephone Number
• Email Address

Entrants must also handwrite the exact name of the Promotion they are entering together with a statement identifying that Promotion.

Each handwritten card may identify only one (1) Promotion, and each envelope may contain only one (1) entry for one (1) Promotion.

Entries attempting to enter multiple Promotions in a single submission may be rejected.

Promotion Details may also require that entries be individually handwritten and may reject photocopied, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, or altered submissions.

Promotion-specific mailing deadlines and addresses will be provided within the applicable Promotion Details.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fanatix Cigar House Promotions are sponsored solely by Fanatix Cigar House.

Promotions promoted through Fanatix Vault or other third-party platforms are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated in the applicable Promotion Details.
